Brief description of the company
The Herval Group started its activities in 1959 with a small sawmill in the district of Santa Maria do Herval and a lumber yard in the city of Dois Irmãos/RS. Today, the Herval Group is a company that integrates different segments that include industry, wholesale, retail, fleet, e-commerce, and services - pre-purchase financing pool, insurance, construction, and finance. Currently, the group has more than 20 brands consolidated in the domestic market and present in several countries.
HQuímica stands out in the footwear industry segment, responsible for the production of PU foam, latex lami- nates, injected, soles and dubbing.
Produced in Brazil, it currently has plants in the states of Rio Grande do Sul and Pernambuco. HQuímica started its activities in the early 80's producing foam in boxes and setting up its latex laminated, injected, dubbed foam and sole factories. In the 2000's, it started the production of foams in the modern process of continuous foaming, being today among the three largest in the country and the largest in the South of Brazil.
